Refund & Returns Policy

Our Commitment

At Vantage Wellness we stand behind Wellaray Coffee and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer two layers of protection: a 30-day satisfaction policy (our own commercial policy) and your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. The statutory right applies in addition to - not instead of - our commercial policy.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Calendar Days)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (as applicable in the UK and EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day on which you receive your order, without giving any reason.

1.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter, email, or telephone call) before the 14-day period expires:

You may (but are not required to) use the following model withdrawal form:

1.3 Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you unless the goods are defective or we have agreed otherwise.

1.4 Refund Timing

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw - or, if later, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees are charged for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever is the earliest.

2. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a commercial 30-day satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with Wellaray Coffee for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date, contact us and we will issue a full refund of the product price paid.

• Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
• We may ask you to return any remaining product to us - return postage in this case will be prepaid by us.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of us receiving your return or confirming your request.
• This policy applies to first-time purchasers of each product and is limited to one claim per household per product.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@flexvibrantlife.world with a description and, where possible, photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage where applicable.

4. Exclusions

The following are excluded from our 30-day satisfaction policy (though your statutory rights under section 1 above remain unaffected):

• Products that have been used beyond a reasonable trial period (more than 14 sachets).
• Products returned without prior notification to our team.
• Orders placed for commercial resale purposes.
